I’m looking for a driven and self-motivated Maintenance Sales Representative to grow the service portfolio of a leading elevator and escalator business. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to deliver tailored maintenance and digital solutions while also finding new leads and responding to tenders.
Key responsibilities:
Build and manage strong customer relationships while expanding the existing customer base
Proactively identify new sales opportunities, including cross‑selling and generating leads
Manage RFQs, sales portals, and maintain accurate customer in the CRM
Take ownership of the full sales cycle to meet sales and pricing targets
Develop solutions aligned to customer needs, handle pricing within authority, and ensure contracts reflect agreed terms
Drive sales plans with consistent pipeline management, reporting, and a focus on customer satisfaction
Key requirements:
At least five years previous experience and proven results in a Sales role in a similar industry or with a service background
Experience in writing and managing large tenders
