Job Title: Hospitality Lead
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused lead to join our successful hospitality team in Cavan.
This role is central to creating an outstanding first impression and ensuring that all guests enjoy a warm and professional welcome.
You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, playing a key role in daily guest operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring that all services run smoothly.
Responsibilities include warmly welcoming and checking in all guests on arrival, communicating hotel services and facilities to guests in a clear and friendly manner, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, handling daily cashing and balancing of tills, dealing with guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, completing handover briefings to ensure smooth team communication, and liaising with all relevant departments to coordinate guest needs.
Requirements include being a strong team player with excellent communication skills, previous hotel reception/front office experience desirable but not essential, flexibility to work a roster that may include evenings and weekends, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
