The successful candidate will bring strong experience in B2C sales leadership, marketing performance management, and commercial growth, with the ability to align marketing activity directly with sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead, manage and coach a B2C sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop a high-performance sales culture through structured coaching, training and performance management.
Manage all outsourced marketing partners and agencies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives.
Evaluate campaign performance to ensure lead quality, cost efficiency and conversion potential.
Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Experience required:
Proven experience in a senior marketing & sales leadership role within a B2C environment.
Commercially minded with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Must hold a degree (ideally Masters) in a business / marketing related area.
