About the Role
The Deli Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the deli counter, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. They will lead, train, and motivate deli staff to deliver excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing stock levels, ordering, and waste control, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, preparing and presenting deli products to a high standard, handling customer queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Qualifications
* Previous experience in a deli, food retail, or hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for food and customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training can be provided).
* A proactive problem solver with a flexible, can-do attitude.
