Lead Bar Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury hotel's Main Bar and Function Bars.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional guest service at all times, ensuring high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
* Oversee daily operations, including management of staff, inventory, and resources to maintain optimal efficiency and productivity.
* Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
* Manage bar inventory and maintain adequate stock levels, implementing effective ordering and stock control systems.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
* Foster a positive team environment, leading, mentoring, and motivating staff for service excellence.
* Support rostering, scheduling, and break management, ensuring fair workloads and efficient staffing levels.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 years of management or supervisory experience in bar or hospitality operations, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team for outstanding performance.
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Experience in cocktail making and training staff, with a solid understanding of spirits, wine, and beer.
* Ability to provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, promoting their growth and career progression.
* Strong sales skills, with a focus on upselling effectively and increasing revenue.
* In-depth knowledge of beverages, including spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails, with attention to detail and presentation.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, guests, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
