Location: Cork City Contract Length: Summer Contract Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: 20ph About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a busy healthcare recruitment team on an immediate-start contract basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and recruitment coordination support to the TA team during a period of high-volume hiring across multiple locations. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong stakeholder management, and previous experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple hiring campaigns Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain recruitment documentation Support compliance-heavy recruitment processes including Garda vetting and pre-employment checks Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate recruitment records using Workday Assist with onboarding coordination and candidate experience activities Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with organisational policies and employment legislation Support the wider Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased recruitment demand Requirements Previous recruitment coordination or TA support experience essential Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience using Workday Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns Healthcare recruitment experience is highly desirable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
