Executive Assistant / Office Administrator – Public Sector
* Location: Dublin 2 city centre
* Hybrid working; 3 days onsite state of the art offices
* Salary ; €27,000 - €30,000 pa
* Employment Type: 12 month contract with strong chance of extension or perm
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to support a Manager and three Team Leaders within a busy public sector environment. Each team consists of approximately eight staff members, and this role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and coordination across functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to the Manager and Team Leaders, including diary management and meeting coordination
* Arrange and book meeting rooms, ensuring appropriate facilities are available
* Take clear and accurate minutes of meetings, circulate promptly, and track action points
* Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff as required
* Support with internal communications and scheduling across teams
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or EA role, ideally within a public sector or similarly structured organisation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion with sensitive information
