Process Optimization Specialist
As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing productivity by identifying and implementing significant process improvements to existing production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily support to the Packaging Business Unit
* Identify and implement cost-justified process and equipment improvements
* Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and data to drive continuous improvement
* Manage and Communicate progress on Improvement Projects
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in an Engineering discipline
* Experience in a technical role within a high-volume manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of Lean systems and problem-solving techniques
Preferred Skills:
* Lean Six Sigma Qualification
* Experience carrying out Process Risk Assessments
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
