Our client, a global supplier of manufacturing solutions, is now looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Leinster.
As an established organisation operating for several decades, it is a leading supplier of industrial equipment and solutions across Ireland. It supports a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, food production, and other sectors, offering end‑of‑line solutions and automation technology to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Role Overview
You will join the sales team, selling the full range of high‑end, premium solutions to manufacturing customers and engaging with key decision‑makers such as Operations Managers, Production Managers, Buyers, and Procurement team members.
Covering Leinster, you will inherit a well‑established account base while also driving new business growth across your territory. Full product and industry training will be provided to support your success.
Responsibilities
• Sell high‑quality manufacturing solutions to existing and new customers.• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.• Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.• Provide product and industry training, ensuring customers understand the benefits of solutions.• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall team success.
Qualifications
Background in packaging machinery or solutions is advantageous, but not essential.
Proven experience in technical or industrial sales is required.
Strong commercial awareness and professional presentation skills.
A proactive sales professional with the drive to exceed targets.
Excellent work ethic, resilience, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
