Learning Management System Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to join our team. As an LMS Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to user support for the LMS, serving over 6,500 restaurants and 220,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and respond to user support requests for the LMS
* Configure, maintain, and support LCMS and LRS
* Support project and task management tracking and configuration
What We Look For In You
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field
* Minimum of 2 years' help desk and admin support experience for large user bases
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and e-learning standards
* Experience with Learning Management Systems, LCMS, and LRS
* Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening)
* Proficiency with single-source publishing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare)
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
