What you'll be doing
* Delivering warm, personalised service that makes every guest feel special.
* Engaging with guests in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
* Confidently explaining our food, drinks, cocktails and hotel facilities.
* Maintaining high Food & Beverage standards in line with our 4-star reputation.
* Setting up bar and floor areas so they are immaculate and guest-ready.
* Following accurate cash-handling and billing procedures.
Who we're looking for
* Previous experience in a quality or high-end bar/restaurant environment.
* Friendly, professional, can-do attitude with strong guest focus.
* Ability to stay organised and calm during busy service periods.
* Strong spoken and written English skills.
