**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this position, you must have:
* A Level 7 qualification or higher in a relevant field such as Social Care, Social Work, Health and Social, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy, or Youth & Community.
* At least three years' experience working in children's residential care, including two years at a supervisory level.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts.
* Up-to-date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding.
* The ability to prepare reports and meet deadlines.
