Workshop Controller - Land Rover Waterford
Land Rover Waterford is currently seeking a Workshop Controller to join our aftersales team. This is a key role responsible for managing workflow within the workshop and ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently, correctly, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Control and monitor workflow through the workshop on a daily basis
Work closely with Technicians and Service Advisors to plan and prioritise work
Ensure all vehicles are repaired correctly and within allocated time
Monitor Job Progress To Ensure Vehicles Are
Completed on time
Test driven where required
Cleaned and prepared prior to customer handover
Identify and resolve workflow delays or issues
Support increased workshop productivity and assist in achieving monthly targets
Communicate with customers when required regarding job progress
Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a high standard of customer service
Requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced workshop environment
Team-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving
Previous experience in an automotive workshop or dealership environment is desirable
Mechanical experience is not essential, but would be an advantage
