Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our Financial Accounting & Reporting team in Galway. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with tax and VAT regulations for the EMEA region.
Your primary responsibility will be to apply best practices to our indirect taxation services, working closely with the Indirect Tax Manager and Tax Compliance Manager to stay up-to-date on changes in tax and VAT issues that may affect the company and business decisions.
You will enhance direct and indirect tax structures, prepare VIES and statutory returns, take responsibility for Transfer Pricing, as well as for Corporation Tax management, and manage filing of tax returns for EMEA entities.
In addition, you will work with the Tax Advisory team on commercial and operational projects, regularly meeting with non-finance leaders to advise on the tax implications of selling to jurisdictions outside of the EU and opening distribution centres in new countries.
