Finance Administrator (Grade IV) 6 Month Contract A well-established organisation in the education sector is seeking a Finance Administrator (Grade IV) to join its Corporate Services team on a 6-month contract. The Role Reporting to the Finance Officer, you will support key finance operations, including bank reconciliations, staff expenses, and creditor accounts, while acting as a first point of contact for finance-related queries. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly bank and creditor reconciliations Process bank transactions, supplier setup, and payments Review and process staff expense claims Maintain financial records and support audits Manage shared finance inbox and respond to queries Provide general administrative support to the finance team Key Details Salary: €39,100 €55,460 (public sector scale) Duration: 6 months Hours: 35 hours per week (MonFri) Location: Dublin city centre (hybrid options may apply) This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a busy finance environment within a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation.
