We're hiring for a Credit Control & Operations Support Assistant to support our growing Insurance team
To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we're looking for a dedicated
Credit Control & Operations Support Assistant
to take overall responsibility for facilities management at the offices as well as other administration and Credit Control related duties.

We're Looking For Someone With

* Strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS office suite
* Experience with credit control
* 2+ years in an office management role
* Open GI experience is desirable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Using These Skills, You'll Be

* Generating and distributing monthly broker and direct statements using Open GI
* Following up with brokers via calls and emails regarding outstanding balances
* Updating and maintaining the Aged Debtors Spreadsheet with ongoing feedback
* Monitoring and responding to emails from brokers and clients daily as well as managing and coordinating incoming calls and ensure proper routing to relevant team members
* Facilities management – work with procurement lead to ensure office supplies and resources are restocked
* Be the escalation point for office maintenance issues and suppliers
* Managing health and safety procedures and ensure the correct number of fire marshals and first aiders are trained
* Supporting and welcoming new starters to the office
