About the Role
Provide timely and accurate technical information for tenders, submittals, and plant schedules.
Responsibilities
* Perform load calculations (heating, cooling, ventilation, basic water services and waste).
* Prepare 2D drawings and sketches; create and update AutoCAD drawings as needed.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to support HVAC system proposals and designs.
* Attend client and design meetings, representing the company in a technical capacity.
* Assist with tender management and contract handovers.
* Maintain and update project-related files and internal databases.
* Support document preparation for contracts, including technical submittals, extras, and variations.
* Assist with KPI tracking and internal reporting alongside the office manager.
* Maintain and update the client activity database.
* Support marketing efforts by contributing to the company website and attending HVAC seminars and trade shows.
* Assist in identifying and targeting new business opportunities and clients.
* Contribute to ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in HVAC industry, ideally with DX systems (VRF/VRV, Splits, etc.).
* Prior involvement in data centre HVAC projects is advantageous.
Required Skills
* Strong AutoCAD and technical drawing skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.
* Willingness to travel locally and occasionally across Europe for training or support.
* Professional and presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
