The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal role in the sales cycle, driving both technical and solution-focused aspects.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to bridge the technical gap between Sales and prospects.
* Manage primary technical relationships with prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive delivery of technical information onsite and virtually.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 5 years of Presales experience
* Understanding of AI's impact on customer service, with knowledge of AI Technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Chatbots
* Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
* Experience managing customer pilots and Proof of Concepts
* Knowledge of SaaS Business applications and one or more of the following: Customer Service Software, AI, Automation, ITSM, Data warehousing, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, Integration & middleware
