The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on building relationships and opening doors. Your primary goal will be to generate sales-qualified leads and discovery meetings for our Account Executive team. You’ll be the first touchpoint for potential customers, representing Zellor with energy, professionalism, and creativity.
Expect to use a mix of cold outbound email, LinkedIn, Loom video messages, and cold phone outreach to engage prospects. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be at the intersection of sales, content, and technology, and who’s excited to grow with us in a high-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
* Research and identify potential customers in the beauty, lifestyle, influencer, & retail space.
* Execute outbound outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Loom, and phone.
* Qualify prospects and book meetings for the Account Executive team.
* Collaborate to refine messaging, especially around influencer and creator-led brand content.
* Track and manage outreach activity in CRM tools.
* Support other activities in the business as needed (we’re a startup—everyone pitches in!).
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally 2-5 years of experience in a sales BDR environment, or business development role, preferably in growing martech or ad-tech SAAS companies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking to new people.
* Creative in how you engage prospects (video, personalized outreach, social selling).
* Previous experience with tools like Apollo, Smartlead, Zoominfo and experience using Hubspot is a plus.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
* Flexible team player who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving.
