Due to expanding growth we are seeking a Junior Health & Safety Officer / Administrator.This role is ideal for someone starting or developing their career in occupational health and safety who has a strong administrative background and a keen eye for detail.You will assist with health and safety documentation, data entry, audits, training coordination, along with the assisting of complying BCMS handover files.Key Responsibilities:Support the Health & Safety Officer in implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records of incidents, risk assessments, and safety inspections.Assist in coordinating safety training sessions and keeping training logs up to date.Prepare and distribute safety communications and reports.Assist in complying BCMS Handover Files at the end of projectsProvide general administrative support to the H&S team.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.Previous experience in an administrative (experience in H&S or compliance is an advantage).Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.Good IT skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, and databases).Strong communication and teamwork skillsSuccessful candidate to start January 2026.Job Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
