Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement. Complete quality-based inspections and audits, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating responses. Develop, update, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company. Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure adherence to food safety protocols. Requirements: Knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proactive and practical approach to problem-solving. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
