As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for establishing strong, scalable customer relationships that drive adoption, retention, and expansion. You will own a book of business and ensure customers onboard successfully and adopt our product effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own a book of business and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
* Educate customers on best practices and provide timely, insightful information.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* A proven track record in customer success management with experience driving growth through effective relationship-building and strategy development.
* An excellent understanding of technical basics, including workflow automation tools like ours (or similar).
