About The Role:

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure all hotel standards are maintained.
* Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance.
* Conduct inspections to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
* Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage for compliance with safety regulations.
* Monitor cash flow, handle cash properly, and settle bills.
* Promote guest satisfaction and ensure all service steps are followed.
* Complete checklists, requisitions, and opening/closing duties.
* Train, guide, and coach team members.
* Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue.
* Other duties as required.
