Flexsource are currently looking for fully qualified and experienced Electricians for a full time position for facility management company based in Clonakilty, Cork.
Successful candidate will be working on small to medium size electrical project installs, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance including troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment in Clonakilty and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PPM on all electrical equipment
2. Emergency lighting
3. Data & Telecoms equipment
4. Motive power
5. General lighting
6. Fixed electrical testing
7. PAT testing
8. Water & booster pumps
9. HVAC equipment i.e. pumps, chillers. A/C split units etc (electrical only)
10. Generator maintenance
11. UPS maintenance
12. Reactive callouts
13. Out of hours support
14. Managing Subcontractors
Key Requirements:
15. FETAC Level 6 Electrician Qualification
16. Previous experience in similar role
17. Excellent customer service skills
18. Good communication skills both verbal & written
19. Experience in using MS office
20. Good problem solving and trouble shooting ability
