We are seeking a senior leadership figure to oversee the delivery of care services to young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of social care professionals, working closely with our Social Care Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
Key qualities and skills required include:
* A strong understanding of child protection principles and policies, as well as the ability to provide effective leadership to a team of social care workers and leaders.
* Hold a relevant qualification in social care or equivalent, with at least 3 years' experience post-qualification in a children's residential care setting.
* A full clean driving license is preferred but not essential.
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
