Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: The Grand Hotel, Malahide
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our management team as Food & Beverage Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar hotel and will be able to demonstrate how they have contributed to running and improving the quality and efficiency of hotel Food & Beverage concept.
Responsibilities
* Oversight of assigned Food and Beverage Departments of the Hotel with assistance from the operational team.
* Ensuring excellence in service and standards at all times to provide guests with a memorable experience.
* Effective supervision in areas of responsibility at all times.
* Daily briefings with Heads of Department (HODs) and team members to ensure effective communication.
* Completion of training to the highest standards.
* Assistance with recruitment and selection process to ensure the best candidates are hired.
