The responsibilities of the role will include:
* Receiving prescriptions for dispensing and handing out dispensed prescriptions.
* Giving advice on and sale of OTC medicines and referral to the pharmacist where appropriate.
* Management of pharmacy stock.
* Assisting in the cleaning of the pharmacy.
The successful candidate will be required to have:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Retail sales experience preferably in Irish pharmacy.
This position is full-time with a 32 hour week, some late nights, no Sunday or Bank holiday work.
Initially a three-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Rate of pay depending on experience.
