Regular company events and team-building initiatives.Role ResponsibilitiesLead engineering activities on site and ensure works are delivered to design, programme, and quality standards.Play a key role in the site leadership team, contributing to project planning, programme coordination, and quality control.Coordinate with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery of technical information.Record site activities and manage documentation using Procore (training provided).Supervise subcontractors and oversee quality of workmanship and compliance with design specifications.Ensure all works align with project-specific quality plans, ISO standards, and H&S requirements.Review technical documents and drawings, and provide engineering input at site meetings.Manage project close-out, including warranties, sign-offs, and handover documentation.Mentor junior engineers and support team development on site.Key RequirementsDegree-qualified Engineer with 5+ years’ experience in a site-based role (main contracting preferred).Proficient in setting out, surveying, and temporary works.Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices and Health & Safety legislation.Excellent coordination, communication, and site supervision skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CAD; experience with document control systems.Full, clean Irish driving licence.
