We are currently hiring to cover a maternity leave position, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position as the company expands. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our showroom while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and assisting customers at reception.
* Manage the phones and direct calls accordingly.
* Scheduling and confirming appointments for Engineers.
* Recording, managing, and following up on sales leads.
* Strong command of the English language and professional demeanour on the phone
* Engaging with customers warmly and professionally by phone.
* Understanding customer needs and recommending practical solutions with enthusiasm.
* Preparing accurate quotations and proactively following up on customer enquiries.
* Manage one page CRM system
* Entering jobs won onto the Sage50 package
* Daily monitoring of online service request forms
* Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and follow up from service request.
* Manage engineers' calendar for service call outs and liaise with Finance dept where charges are applicable.
* Maintaining showroom presentation standards and supporting daily operations.
* Adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Undertaking additional duties as required by management.
* Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook confidently and efficiently.

Pay: €35,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
