Role and Responsibilities: To ensure the Leisure Centre operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our guests and members with an excellent service.
To ensure the safety and security of leisure centre guests at all times.
To ensure the swimming pool and leisure area is cleaned and maintained to the required standards and Health and Safety regulatory standards.
To assist persons attending the club, ensuring all are comfortable with the exercise equipment.
To ensure the reception, leisure area and changing rooms are thoroughly cleaned to hygiene standards.
To comply with all fire, safety and hygiene regulations.
To record any maintenance within the leisure areas.
To demonstrate consistently excellent guest care at all times.
To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to the hotel's procedures.
About The Role Candidate Requirements: Swim Teacher Qualification – Desirable.
ITEC/NCEF Gym Instructor / Personal Trainer qualification.
Pool Plant qualifications would be an advantage.
Flexibility to instruct aqua aerobic classes.
Commitment to Customer Service – Essential.
