Role: Office Manager

Duration: Permanent

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Grinds360 is an edtech platform for secondary school students in Ireland with over 25 employees and 22,000 registered users. As we are rapidly expanding, we're now looking for an Office Manager to help coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of Grinds360. This person will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by supporting and connecting different teams — from teaching and customer service to accounts and marketing.

Responsibilities

* Project Management of live weekly classes, in-person workshops and online revision courses.
* Work with vendors regarding printing distribution and order fulfilment.
* Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks run efficiently across departments.
* Help identify and improve operational processes to allow us to scale further.
* Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate

* Is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Enjoys taking initiative and finding solutions to keep things running smoothly.
* Has excellent communication skills and can coordinate across multiple teams with ease.
* Is detail-oriented and comfortable managing schedules, systems, and priorities.
* Works well independently but also enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
* Has 3+ years experience in an administrative, office management, or operations role (education sector experience is a plus).
* Is tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to manage workflows.
* Brings a positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine interest in helping an ambitious education company grow.

Working Hours:

* Primarily Mon - Fri with flexible working hours
* Weekends/Evenings – May be required occasionally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
