The Role:Leading analysis of 1 -2 subsectors forinvestment strategyIdentifying potential investment targetcompaniesCo -leading/supporting origination and dealexecution with MD/PartnerLeading, assisting in due diligence, financialmodelling, and deal executionSupporting investor and stakeholder engagementand communication
Requirements10+ years of top tier investment banking,private equity, or corporate finance and investing experienceStrong undergraduate education, with ACA or CFAeducation a plusExtremely strong analytical and financialmodelling skillsVery strong writing and communications skills,including presentation (PowerPoint) and social media skillsEntrepreneurial, self -starting personality withstrong team orientation
