* Maintain accurate finished product specifications within required timeframes.
* Evaluate and ensure information is consistent with source data, compliant with customer requirements, legislation, and policy.
* Approve and maintain finished product specifications for all supplied products.
* Generate ingredient declarations in customer formats.
* Estimate meat content using theoretical methods and laboratory analyses.
The role involves receiving, evaluating, and acting on requests to amend or update specifications. Effective communication with stakeholders and generating legal pack copy of technical information are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities include ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communicating with relevant parties regarding specification amendments or updates. Additionally, producing technical information for product packaging and artwork approval are essential duties of this role.
