Project Management Professional
A highly skilled project management professional is required to lead projects within a dynamic life science environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing key project deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans to meet safety, financial, schedule, and scope targets.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
* Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including engineering, EHS, and procurement teams.
* Apply the principles of project stage-gate management to guide projects through their lifecycle.
Essential Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in a field such as chemical, mechanical, automation, or process engineering.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management across the project lifecycle within a pharmaceutical environment.
* Demonstrable ability to manage and execute projects from initiation to completion.
* Full project lifecycle experience from end-to-end design through to commissioning and handover.
* Strong understanding of the project management process, including programming, scope development, design development, implementation, and project closeout.
