Expectations From The Role
* Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand needs, and recommend suitable mobile and broadband solutions.
* Sales Delivery: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and support the store’s overall performance.
* Customer Experience: Handle queries and issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
* Store Operations: Support daily administrative tasks, including stock control, data entry, and cash handling.
