We are recruiting for a Director of Food and Beverage to join the Team at our award-winning hotel.
Supported by our HODs, Food and Beverage Operations Manager and Coordinator, the Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing the entire Food & Beverage operation on the Ashford Estate and will report directly to the Hotel Manager.
The successful candidate will have a proven record in a similar role at 5 star level for a minimum of 3 years with strong knowledge of Revenue Management, Marketing Strategies and Staff Recruitment and training initiatives.
The ideal candidate for the Director of Food and Beverage position should:
* Have previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years in a 5 star hotel or similar.
* Possess proven leadership and excellent communication skills
* Good ability to handle pressurised situations and busy periods
* Knowledgeable on Forbes 5 Star standards.
* Flexible, innovative and adaptable
* Fluency in both written and spoken English
* Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
