Overview

Do you have the drive and ambition to work within International Organisations across multiple sectors as an administrative professional? We are recruiting a HR Support Officer to join our leadership and support team based in our Dublin branch office. Position Details

Role: HR Support Officer

Location: Dublin 12

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Type: Permanent Onsite

Salary: €35,000 annually


Responsibilities

* Employee Onboarding
* Screening & Vetting
* Recruitment Support
* Administration Support
* Coordinating Interviews
* Employee Engagement


General Requirements

* Ability to conduct a shift-based roster schedule
* Availability for both weekdays & weekends shift schedule
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work off own initiative


Requirements

* English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2
* HR Experience
* Administration Experience
* Valid work permit / visa (If applicable)
* Basic IT Skills
