Job Opportunity: Head of Administration
Location: North Dublin
Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Administration to lead and oversee all administrative and financial operations across our nursing home campus, which includes three centres in North Dublin.
This senior role involves managing administration teams, front-of-house operations, financial billing and accounts, compliance with HIQA and GDPR, and supporting the Directors of Nursing to deliver excellent, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage administration and reception teams across all centres.
Oversee resident admissions, contracts, and financial assessments.
Manage billing, resident accounts, debt control, and monthly financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Support HR and payroll functions to maintain accurate employee records.
Provide regular operational and financial updates to senior management.
Requirements:
5+ years of senior administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or nursing homes.
Strong leadership, organisational, and financial skills.
Knowledge of HIQA standards, GDPR, and healthcare administration.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
