What You’ll Do
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering some of the most ambitious and complex planning projects across the country. Your work will span renewable energy, major infrastructure, urban regeneration, and large‑scale development initiatives. Expect variety, challenge, and the chance to shape transformative outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the preparation and submission of planning applications for diverse, high‑profile projects
Developing planning strategies, feasibility studies, masterplans, and detailed reports
Providing strategic planning advice to clients across both public and private sectors
Guiding consenting processes and navigating environmental and planning legislation
Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver environmental reports and EIARs
Collaborating closely with engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery

What You Bring

A degree or master’s qualification in Town Planning
8+ years of professional planning experience
Deep knowledge of planning and environmental legislation
Chartered or corporate membership of IPI or RTPI
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
