Quality Management Specialist
A highly sought-after opportunity exists to work with a leading facility in a manufacturing environment.
The role will involve working on-site, 26 hours per week, from Monday to Friday (8am-2pm).
* Maintain a Quality Management System compliant with international standards by implementing effective processes and procedures.
* Conduct regular audits and analyses of reports to ensure factory cleaning, hygiene, and housekeeping standards are met.
All compliance documentation, revenue reporting, and customer onboarding must adhere to regulatory requirements.
Technical specifications will be established, and corrective action taken for non-conforming products.
Provide expert guidance, training, and support to other departments to enhance their performance and productivity.
Manage a team of technical staff, including recruitment, selection, training, performance monitoring, counselling, and disciplining.
Product and process improvements will meet customer and legislative requirements while progress against internal key performance indicators will be reported daily.
A comprehensive training induction plan will be developed to ensure new employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
