Business Growth Opportunity
A Business Development Manager is needed to drive growth and identify new business opportunities across various divisions of the organization.
This role requires a professional who can develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, work closely with internal stakeholders to meet revenue targets, and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure comprehensive and competitive terms.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market share.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building sustainable relationships with key clients.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
* Act as primary commercial contact for clients, regularly meeting with them to review accounts and identify further commercial opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Science, or relevant experience.
* Approximately 5 years' experience in a business development role.
* Previous experience in the industry highly regarded.
* Experience with public procurement and tender writing advantageous.
