About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced team leader to manage our operations and deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, results-driven individual with a passion for managing teams and contractors.
The role is integral to ensuring the effective management of our modular Hire Fleet buildings. This includes daily planning, allocation of work activities, close collaboration with Chargehands and operatives, and oversight of cost and time controls.
The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in a construction, modular building, or related operational environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and lead a team are essential.
