Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth and Build Relationships:
* Establish and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly client visit schedule.
* Develop and grow sales with existing and prospective customers.
* Organise planned periodic promotions within the foodservice industry.
* Demonstrate continuous growth in sales volume whilst maintaining margin objectives.
Experience and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least three years experience selling into the Food/FMCG Sector.
* Proficient computer skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as a self-starter who needs little direction and has a proven track record of success.
* A full clean driving license.
As a Territory Sales Manager at Brightwater, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong relationships with foodservice clients and retail multiples across Galway, Clare, and Limerick. You will need to be aware and keep updated about market trends and competitors strategies to continuously grow sales volume while maintaining margin objectives. With your dynamic and results-driven approach, you will establish and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly client visit schedule and develop and grow sales with existing and prospective customers through effective organisation and promotion of our products within the foodservice industry.
