Responsibilities
* Become an expert in the client's products, effectively identifying and matching the right solutions for each prospect
* Quickly articulate the client's technical and business value propositions to prospects via live chat
* Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established by the client
* Use technology to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity
Requirements
* Fluency in French (read, write and speak)
* Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment
* Solid understanding of CRM software
* Clear communication skills
* Excellent phone and email etiquette
