We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expand our presence in the commercial office furniture space.


Job Overview

This is a key role focused on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

You will grow existing accounts by introducing new products, services, or solutions, act as the lead contact for major client projects, and manage projects end-to-end.

You will collaborate with the wider sales team on proposals and closing deals, support the Category Manager with tender submissions, and craft compelling client proposals.


Responsibilities:

* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the commercial furniture market.
* Develop strategic plans to secure long-term contracts and partnerships.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
* Grow existing accounts by introducing new products, services, or solutions.
* Act as the lead contact for major client projects, ensuring smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
* Manage projects end-to-end, from initial engagement through delivery.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team on proposals and closing deals.
* Support the Category Manager with tender submissions and sourcing key products.
* Craft compelling client proposals, including visual presentations and product information.


Requirements

We are looking for a driven sales professional with a passion for building business and delivering outstanding solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

* 5+ years experience in a similar business development or sales role, ideally within the furniture or interiors industry.
* A strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
* Deep knowledge of the commercial furniture market in Ireland.
* Excellent client relationship and account management skills.
* Experience managing full project lifecycles, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* A strategic, proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
