Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
* 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
* 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced environment while working with tight deadlines and contributing to a dynamic environment.
* Understanding how to identify key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics from data.
* Understanding the small- and medium-sized business (SMB) segment and its needs and challenges.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing demands of the business.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate insights to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
About The Job
The Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization in Google Customer Solutions (GCS) provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We focus on aligning company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, evolving early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The EMEA RSO team partners with EMEA GCS Business leaders on future strategy, project managing business processes, and improving core business systems and infrastructure. We collaborate closely with the Global Sales Analytics and Solutions (SAS) team, Marketing, and other GCS leaders to define pathways for sustainable GCS growth.
As a Regional Program Manager, you will work with the Global Programs team and the Regional executive sponsor to shape, launch, and implement program changes in EMEA GCS. You will coordinate quarterly operations, ensure managers are trained on procedures and timelines, and manage engagement with sales representatives and managers to gather insights and develop strategies to enhance program performance regionally.
