About the job We are currently supporting our client in their search for a Procurement Administrator to join their team.
In this role, you will support the Procurement Manager, manage supplier relationships, raise purchase orders, and ensure materials arrive on time and to specification across multiple residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities: Support Procurement Manager with administration and reporting.
Process purchase orders and resolve supplier/internal queries.
Maintain and develop supplier relationships; assist with negotiations.
Coordinate with site teams to meet material requirements.
Keep accurate project records and assist with product research.
Requirements: Previous purchasing or procurement experience; construction experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong communication and time management skills.
