Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

* Conduct shop floor observations and provide constructive feedback to the team
* Deliver excellent customer service and promote a premium brand experience
* Facilitate training sessions for the sales team
* Manage escalated complaints and ensure prompt resolution
* Monitor and lead on internal control processes
* Lead ad hoc audits and quality checks
