6. Maintain interaction with committees and senior management as needed.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees.
8. Manage daily operations and supervise junior-level employees.
9. Demonstrate technical expertise and broader knowledge of other areas.
10. Deliver high-quality work products with minimal revisions required.
11. Facilitate discussions and reach decisions effectively.
