We're looking to add a Electronic Security Expert to our team here at Chubb, working in our Global team, across Western Europe. As the subject matter expert you will play a key role in reviewing tenders, driving designs and reviewing tech sumissions. Based anywhere across Western Europe, a stong command or verbal and written English is key to this role.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Global Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence across enterprise electronic security solutions. You will be responsible for managing design deliverables, responding to technical queries, and ensuring timely execution of global projects. This role demands deep expertise in electronic security systems, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Design Management:
* Lead the development and review of enterprise-level electronic security system designs.
* Ensure all designs meet global standards, client specifications, and compliance requirements.
* Technical Leadership:
* Act as the primary point of contact for complex technical queries from internal teams and clients.
* Provide expert guidance on product selection, system architecture, and integration strategies.
* Project Coordination:
* Manage deadlines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
* Support bid and tender processes with technical input and documentation.
* Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices:
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, design templates, and standards.
* Deliver training and mentoring to regional teams to elevate technical capabilities.
* Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in enterprise electronic security systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, etc).
* Strong understanding of system design, integration, and compliance standards.
* Experience managing technical deliverables in a global or multi-site environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
